Rob Stewart is the Director of Training and Operations for Noble Protective Services LLC. Mr. Stewart comes from a career Army family raised in the State of Colorado.

Mr. Stewart entered the United States Army in 1982 and, after graduating from the US Army Special Forces Qualification Course, was assigned to 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as a Communications Sergeant. Eventually Mr. Stewart applied for and was accepted into the Special Forces Warrant Officer program. After being promoted to Warrant Officer he was assigned to 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) as an "A" Detachment Technician.

He served thirteen years in the United States Army Special Forces where he participated in numerous dangerous and politically sensitive operations in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia.

Since leaving the Army, Mr. Stewart has been employed as a Deputy Sheriff in Arapahoe County Colorado, a Special Response Unit Officer, an Executive Protection Specialist, Tactical Firearms Trainer, and Defensive Tactics Instructor. He has led many Close Personal Protection details for a diverse clientele that ranges from movie production companies, actors and musicians to business executives and royalty.

As an instructor Mr. Stewart has trained thousands of private citizens in the Tactical use of Firearms, Defensive Tactics, and the Use of Force and has also trained numerous Police Departments and SWAT teams across the country in baton, edged weapons, firearms, scenario-driven force-on-force training, and other specialized courses.

Mr. Stewart has an extensive background, beginning his martial arts training in 1972, an endeavor that has become a life-long pursuit. Over the course of the years he has studied in excess of thirteen styles and has achieved the rank of black belt or instructor in five different styles of martial art. Having spent the last 15 plus years studying and teaching the Filipino Martial Arts of Kali and, more recently, Eskrima, Rob specializes in the use of and defense against edged weapons.

Besides his extensive military background and training Mr Stewart holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, is a Glock certified firearms instructor and Armorer, NRA firearms instructor, ASP tactical baton instructor and speaks several languages including Spanish, French and German.

Sal Ruiz is the Senior Medical Consultant and Advisor for Noble Protective Services LLC. Mr. Ruiz has been in the emergency and contingency operations industry for nearly 20 years and possesses a broad range of medical, security and investigative experience with demonstrated success in both government and private capacities. His professional experience includes emergency medical services for both the City and County of San Diego, disaster response operations with the National Disaster Medical System, numerous fugitive recoveries on the US Fugitive Task Force to include fugitives from the Top Ten Most Wanted.

He has performed military instruction and training support for the US Department of Defense and the Canadian Ministry of Defense, ambulatory medicine and high threat site security as well as sensitive materials movement for the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Mr. Ruiz has also performed both military and civilian airborne security/rescue operations for the California Office of Emergency Services and the Bureau of Diplomatic Security. He was assigned to conduct Diplomatic Close Protection for senior US officials including but not limited to the Vice President of the United States in May 2007 and several congressional delegations for visits to forward combat outposts.

Mr. Ruiz is a certified instructor in WMD Response, Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings, Emergency Medical Technician (All levels + Tactical and Advanced Tactical), Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support; Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support for the Military Provider; Tactical Combat Casualty Care, BLS (aka CPR); Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Sal is a California State Licensed, Nationally Registered and Advanced Tactical Paramedic. His operational certifications include but are not limited to National Disaster Medical System Disaster Response Operations, National Interagency Incident Management System, Protective Medical Intelligence, Aircraft Interdiction, Diplomatic Security Service Motorcade Operations, US Department of Defense High Threat Convoy Operations, High Threat Diplomatic Protective Security, Range Safety Officer and US Government Senior-Level High Threat Executive Protection.

Mr. Ruiz is a Medical Technology Undergraduate at Southwestern College and a member of the Special Operations Medical Association.
